How cancellations and refunds work on bookings made through Air Booker Limited.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work when you book travel through Air Booker Limited (operating airbooker.com). Because we are an independent travel booking service and not the airline that provides your flight, refunds are governed primarily by the rules of the airline or supplier who provides each service.
Key point: Most airline fares carry supplier-imposed cancellation and change rules. Many discounted fares are non-refundable. We cannot waive an airline's rules — but we always tell you the rules, and any fees, before you book.
Each flight is provided and operated by the airline. Whether a booking can be cancelled or refunded — and how much is refunded — is determined by that airline's fare rules and conditions, which are disclosed to you before you book. Where a booking is eligible, we request the refund on your behalf and pass back the airline's refund once we receive it.
Where a service fee applies to a confirmed booking, it covers the agent time spent researching, booking and supporting your reservation. Because this work is performed at the time of booking, the Air Booker Limited service fee is generally non-refundable, even where the underlying airline fare is refunded. Any service fee that applies is always disclosed to you before payment.
Refund processing times are set by the airline and its payment processor and are outside our control. Once an airline issues a refund, it is typically returned to the original payment method. Card refunds may take one or more billing cycles to appear. We follow up with airlines on your behalf where a refund is delayed.
Where a fare is marked non-refundable, no refund of the airline portion is available if you cancel, although taxes or fees may sometimes be recoverable depending on the airline. Some bookings may be eligible for a future travel credit instead of a cash refund, subject to the airline's terms.
If an airline changes or cancels your booking, your rights (including any refund or rebooking) are governed by that airline's policy and by applicable passenger-rights regulations. We will help you understand your options and pursue what you are entitled to.
