The terms that govern bookings made through Air Booker Limited and airbooker.com.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of airbooker.com and the booking services provided by Air Booker Limited ("we", "us"). By contacting us or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Air Booker Limited is an independent travel booking service. airbooker.com is a website operated by Air Booker Limited. These terms apply alongside the terms of each airline or supplier whose services you book.
We act as an intermediary. We research, compare and book travel services on your behalf. We are not the provider of those services and are not associated with any airline or travel brand. Each flight is provided and operated by the respective airline and is subject to that airline's own terms, fare rules and conditions of carriage, which form part of your contract for that service.
Prices, taxes and availability are set by airlines and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. A booking is only confirmed once you have approved the full price and payment has been accepted. We disclose the full price — airline fare, taxes and any service fee — before taking any payment. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. You confirm that the information you give us (including traveller names and dates) is accurate; corrections after booking may incur supplier fees.
Where a service fee applies to a confirmed booking, it covers the agent time spent researching options, handling the reservation and providing ongoing support. Any service fee is disclosed to you before payment. Service fees are generally non-refundable once the booking work has been performed. Some transactions may carry additional supplier-imposed fees, which we quote in advance.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the relevant airline and by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Many fares are non-refundable or carry supplier penalties. We will always tell you the applicable rules and any fees before you commit.
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and any required health documentation for your trip, and for meeting the entry requirements of every country on your itinerary. We can offer general guidance but the responsibility rests with the traveller. Names on your booking must match your travel documents exactly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Booker Limited's responsibility is limited to arranging and supporting your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking or service failures of any travel supplier, nor for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, natural events or government action). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to Air Booker Limited and may not be copied without permission.
If something isn't right, please tell us as soon as possible by calling +1 888 887 4484 or emailing contact@airbooker.com. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies. Supplier terms continue to apply to the services they provide.
